NO PURCHASE NECESSARY . Open only to legal residents of Texas , who are 18 years of age or older as of January 9, 2009 . Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Scripps Texas Newspapers, LLC, Sears, Rattle Dazzle, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (collectively, “Sponsor”) and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

TO ENTER:
•  Beginning 10:00 AM CST January 9, 2009 through 4:30 PM CST January 23, 2009 , go to www.gosanangelo.com/baby and follow the on-screen instructions to upload your baby's photos to be displayed at www.gosanangelo.com. There is no limit to the number of photos you can enter. To be eligible, baby must be 24 months old or younger as of January 9, 2009 . Photos must be submitted in .jpg format, minimum 300 dpi, size minimum 1MB and maximum 10 MB.

During abovementioned timeframe, bring in your baby's photo and complete the form at the Standard-Times, 34 W. Harris Ave. , San Angelo , TX 76903 .

•  Voting Period begins 12:01 AM CST January 25, 2009 through 11:59 AM CST February 2, 2009 , go to www.gosanangelo.com/baby to vote for your favorite baby photos. Each vote cast will cost $0.25, payable online by credit card, and there is no limit to the number of votes you can make. The photo receiving the highest number of votes from viewers during the Voting Period will be deemed the Winner and will have their winning photo printed in the San Angelo Standard-Times.

Only parents/legal guardians can submit photos of their own child/children and the photo may not include any other children or people other than entrant. By submitting pictures, parents and legal guardians agree to have your child's photo, child's first names and their city printed online at www.gosanangelo.com , San Angelo Standard-Times, in print media promoting Standard-Times and gosanangelo.com contests, and agree to all instructions, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy located at www.gosanangelo.com . Any explicit photography or imagery will be ineligible. All entries will be verified for eligibility and parents will receive a follow-up phone call to verify age, name, spelling and other vital statistics. Submitted photos become property of the San Angelo Standard-Times and gosanangelo.com and will not be returned. Photographs taken by a professional photographer or studio will not be accepted.

No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

BY ENTERING, ENTRANT REPRESENTS THAT THE ENTRY DOES NOT INFRINGE ON THE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY, OF ANY THIRD PARTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS, THE USER TERMS, PRIVACY POLICY, OR ANY OFFICIAL RULE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

WINNERS SELECTION: The winning photos will be determined by number of viewer votes. The photo to receive the most votes will be deemed the Winner and will have their winning photo printed in the San Angelo Standard-Times. In the event of a tie for winner, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will place the photos that received the same number of votes in a random drawing and the photo picked will be deemed the winner. Decisions of Sponsors are final on all matters . Winners will be notified by email or phone. Limit one prize per household address. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: One Grand Prize – Sears Portrait Studio Package valid only at the Sears located at 4000 Sunset Mall, San Angelo, TX 76904 (ARV: $130), a $30 gift certificate from Rattle Dazzle located at 1913 Knickerbocker Rd, San Angelo, TX 76904 (ARV: $30), and the winning photo will be featured in the Standard-Times. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted.

All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. All winners must produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. S ponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners' name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS: Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct, technical failures or attempts to "flood" the voting destroy the integrity of the promotion in Sponsor's sole discretion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud, tampering or attempts to manipulate or otherwise "flood" the voting is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE WWW.GOSANANGELO.COM OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS .
